# Overview

We are currently using the embeddedTS-7970 single-board computer as the core of the AVERT platform, which is an industry-grade machine capable of operating across a wide range of temperatures. The first port of call for any and all issues should be the manual provided by embeddedTS—many of the following tutorials paraphrase the material in these documents.
